WJF 5 Event Rules

Attendees must show photo I.D. along with their event pass to enter the training facility and to attend all workshops. WJF Membership Cards must be presented when picking up or purchasing event passes. WJF Memberships may be purchased at the convention.
Smoking is prohibited at all times at all WJF events.

Attire not permitted:
Full or partial clown costumes and/or makeup that resembles the makeup of a clown or mime or anything inconsistent with a normal daily appearance similar to gym attire or casual attire.
Behavior not permitted:

Acting in a manner that could be considered clown type behavior, reckless, inconsiderate or potentially hazardous. No persons wearing or carrying the following paraphernalia will be admitted entrance to WJF 5:

1. Makeup that makes you look like anything other than a normal person. Eg:Clown makeup, Indian war paint, unusual colors.
2. Tie-dye t-shirts or any other clothing bearing the tie-dye colors.
3. Court jester hats
4. Unicycles of any length
5. Pogo sticks
6. Free standing ladders
7. Bowling Pins
8. Fire Torches
9. Bowling Balls
10. Rola Bolas
11. Poi or poi related paraphernalia
12. Frisbees
13. Balloons of any kind
14. Rubber Chickens (Or chickens made out of any other materials)
15. Shaker Cups
16. Whips
17. Hats

Nothing listed above is allowed at WJF 5.

Gym participants must maintain proper hygiene. This means you should be properly dressed in laundered clothing, you must be clean and actively using effective deodorant or not smell offensive

Children under 13 years old are not to be left unsupervised at any time. This is not a daycare or a place to drop off kids. This is a juggling event. Please maintain control of your children at all times and keep them safe. Children under 13 must be under the supervision of a paying attendee at all times.
Anyone who wishes to enter the training camp facilities must pay to attend. There are not discounted rates based off of what you decide to do once you’re inside.

Gym bags, props, and any other personal belongings are not to be left anywhere in the gym without the accompaniment of its owner. The WJF and the Riviera Hotel assume no responsibility for lost or stolen personal belongings. Gym space must stay as open and clear as possible and not used as a storage room.

No mode of transportation inside the gym is allowed except for walking. (Wheelchairs are allowed if required)

Video taping and still photograpy is prohibited at all times.

Participants in the WJF convention, when in the practice space or competition arena, must wear shoes and socks at all times unless special permission is granted. Nothing is to be juggled in the practice space except for approved juggling equipment (Balls, beanbags, rings, clubs, boxes, devil sticks and diabolos) Please do not use Hotel property in any way inconsistent with its obvious purpose. (No balancing yourself on chairs, or balancing chairs on yourself or anyone else).

THERE IS NO JUGGLING ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOTEL EXCEPT IN OUR DESIGNATED SPACE. THOSE FOUND JUGGLING OUTSIDE OF THE ROYAL PAVILION AND INSIDE THE HOTEL WILL HAVE THEIR CONVENTION ACCESS REVOKED. THIS IS A SERIOUS RULE. PLEASE ADHEAR TO IT!
