How to register online for the convention
1. Select from the options below by adding the desired purchases to your cart.
2. Include the following information in the additional notes field of the payment:

a. Full name(s) and ages(s)of the individuals you are registering for the convention
b. Full legal name the hotel reservation should be made under (If applicable) Your preference of smoking or non smoking room, one or two beds, and your preferred reservation dates (Default is check in 7/21 and check out 7/26 for the convention and hotel package)
c. Phone Number
d. Include names of all competitions you or someone you're registering wishes to enter and their full name and age.
e. complete payment and check the email address associated with the payment within the following two days for confirmation and if any additional information is required. |
The Options:
Convention and Hotel Package
Provides you with access to every single event at WJF 6 (Except for the awards banquet) plus five nights stay at the Riviera Hotel at $49/night.
Convention Package Only
Provides you with access to every single event at WJF 6 (Except for the awards banquet).
One Hotel Night
Gives you one room for one night at the Riviera Hotel. Up to two people can stay in the room at this rate. Use this option if you're only planning on staying fewer than five days or if you want to extend your stay past the five days included with the convention and hotel package. Before checking out you can specify how many nights you want to include. You can specify the dates in the additional notes field of the payment.
Why stay at the Riviera Hotel?
It helps us out tremendously. We are required to meet a certain quota of room nights in exchange for the use of the space. Please help us avoid any penalties. Why else? It's only $49/night and it's the closest you can be to our event. Just hop on the elevator, walk down the hall, and you're at WJF 6! It's so easy and convenient. Only a fool would walk outside to get to our event in 116 degree heat.

**Online prices are more expensive due to the costs we incur through Paypal. Given the extremely low rate we are offering, and the hotel rate which is not marked up that we are responsible for paying to the Riviera, ordering online requires the additional fee to be paid by the purchaser. The hotel base rate is $49.00 plus tax which brings the total for each room night to $54.88
