person the membership is for, correct mailing address, their WJF forum
user name and their juggletube.com user name within the
additional comments field or notes of the payment.
THIS INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED.
If it is not included, your membership card will have the name on your credit card or paypal account and be shipped to the mailing address provided with your payment.

New Information for 2009 Memberships!!!
We are no longer sending out membership cards. When you purchase a WJF membership, you will be given a unique membership ID number. That membership ID number must be given when registering/attending WJF events and whenever you have a membership related question. All membership videos will be available through download only and are not to be transferred to anyone else. Any members found to be distributing the member videos may have their membership revoked. This includes transferring the videos to anyone else's computer (via skype, ichat, ftp, etc). And absolutely no uploading to a video hosting site such as youtube is allowed.
