OK this is it. WJF 9 is real. I mean, it has always been real since the first announcement, but now that people are registering it reminds me that I’m responsible for making sure everyone has a great time and experience. I’ve put together a schedule so awesome, so jam packed full of warm gooey goodness, so impossible for just one person to execute, you would be a FOOL not to attend! I’ve been looking at the schedules and events that we’ve held at WJF 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 and have combined just about all of them into WJF 9 plus added some new ones. It’s not final yet, but this is a good start. Check it out:
Now here’s the part where I ask for your help. Of course just by attending you’re helping to make the event better. If you stay at the Rio under our group rate, you help us further and save yourself some money. In the past, extremely kind and generous supporters have helped us out with donations that have enabled us to bring in special guests, sponsor competitors, produce TV shows, and raise prize money. If you would like to help us make WJF 9 even better, we would greatly appreciate any donation you can offer. Our all time high single event donation total was $16, 513.80 at WJF 7. but we’re not against breaking that record 🙂 So if you can, please help us out and we’ll let everyone know how awesome you are, or if you prefer we won’t say a word about it. What donation? Who? Never heard of ’em.
