Hotel Policies
All rooms will be subject to Clark County room tax, which is currently 13.38%, subject to change. Rates are based on single/double occupancy. The extra person charge of $30 per person, per night for each third or fourth person sharing a room is WAIVED for this event. Maximum occupancy is four (4) guests per room/suite.
A minimum of one (1) guest checking into Excalibur Hotel & Casino must be at least 21 years of age. Guests will check into the hotel on an individual basis at Excalibur Hotel & Casino front desk unless other arrangements have been made at time of booking. A major credit card will be required at check in.
RESORT FEE: A mandatory resort fee of $30.00 (standard Resort Fee $35.00) plus tax is added per night in addition to the above rate. The resort fee includes: Property-wide high-speed internet access (public spaces and in-room), unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, and fitness center access for guests 18+.

Method of Payment
Individual deposits: It is attendee’s responsibility to submit a valid credit card number for the deposit equal to the first night’s room/suite rate, and tax as a guarantee. Attendee’s credit card will be charged the first night’s room/suite rate and tax at that time the rooming list is received.
